How It Works

 

You have already taken the first step towards getting organized. Even the most capable people can get overwhelmed by certain areas of their homes but once we get started you will discover that with my help you can get to the bottom of the problem and work towards maintaining things in a way that works for you.

 

Telephone Conversation

During our initial phone conversation I will get an idea of the areas of concern and learn more about you and your lifestyle. It is important for me to gather as much information as possible about you and your home before we start working.

Initial Consultation

Our first session in your home will be a fact finding mission for me. I will discover as much as I can about how the problems arose, how we can work to solve them and how to apply my experience to your particular situation. I will use photos and notes to help me.  This session is charged at an hourly rate and usually lasts one hour.

Organizing Sessions

Once we have agreed on a plan of action, we will book an organizing session of a minimum of two hours, and we will get started! Some projects are best accomplished in one session, others in short regular sessions. Each situation is different.

Follow Up

A big part of any project is the follow up and maintenance and I will keep in touch with you by phone and/or email to encourage and advise you as you continue on.

Privacy

Every part of our sessions will remain confidential. I will not use any photos without your specific written approval.
